The Trishuli River is Nepal's most accessible and exciting whitewater rafting river. Carving through steep canyons and rocky gorges along the Prithvi Highway, the river features continuous fun rapids including 'Snell's Nose', 'Teen Kanya', 'Monkey Rapid', and 'Cotton Pony'. Perfect for first-time rafters and families, this trip can be done as a day trip from Kathmandu or as an exhilarating adventure transit on the way to Pokhara or Chitwan.

7:00 AM pickup in Kathmandu. Drive 3 hours along the highway to the put-in point at Charaudi (85km). Comprehensive safety briefing and paddle practice. Launch rafts into the churning rapids: conquer 'Twin Rock', 'Upset', and 'Surprise'. Stop at a scenic river beach for buffet lunch. Continue downstream through 'S-Bend' and 'Pinball'. Take-out at Kuringhat around 2:30 PM. Change into dry clothes and drive back to Kathmandu or continue to Pokhara / Chitwan.

Our itineraries are crafted with gradual ascent profiles to minimize Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Certified Sherpa guides carry fingertip pulse oximeters, medical first aid kits, and portable emergency oxygen at all times.
We manage and include all National Park, Conservation Area (ACAP/Sagarmatha), TIMS, and Restricted Area Permits on your behalf. Simply provide copies of your passport and 2 passport photos upon arrival in Kathmandu.
