Sarangkot (1,592m) is world-famous as the ultimate vantage point for Himalayan sunrise in Pokhara. Located just 30 minutes drive from Lakeside, the viewpoint overlooks the peaceful waters of Phewa Lake and commands a panoramic vista spanning Mount Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South, and the razor-sharp sacred pyramid of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail).

5:00 AM hotel pickup in Pokhara (adjusted seasonally). Scenic 30-minute private drive up the mountain ridge to Sarangkot (1,592m). Walk 5 minutes to the viewing tower. Savor hot tea as the first rays of dawn turn Fishtail and Annapurna into radiant shades of pink and gold. Admire views of Phewa Lake below. 7:15 AM drive back to Lakeside hotel.

We manage and include all National Park, Conservation Area (ACAP/Sagarmatha), TIMS, and Restricted Area Permits on your behalf. Simply provide copies of your passport and 2 passport photos upon arrival in Kathmandu.
