Our itineraries are crafted with gradual ascent profiles to minimize Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Certified Sherpa guides carry fingertip pulse oximeters, medical first aid kits, and portable emergency oxygen at all times.
We manage and include all National Park, Conservation Area (ACAP/Sagarmatha), TIMS, and Restricted Area Permits on your behalf. Simply provide copies of your passport and 2 passport photos upon arrival in Kathmandu.

The two best trekking seasons in Nepal are Autumn (mid-September to late November) and Spring (March to May). Autumn offers crystal-clear Himalayan mountain views and stable dry weather. Spring features warmer temperatures and colorful blooming rhododendron forests. Winter (December–February) is suitable for lower-altitude treks, while Monsoon (June–August) is ideal for rain-shadow regions like Upper Mustang and Dolpo.
