Panch Pokhari (meaning 'Five Lakes') is an extraordinary high-altitude pilgrimage sanctuary situated at 4,100 meters directly beneath Mount Dorje Lakpa and the Jugal Himal. Sacred to both Hindus and Buddhists, this cluster of five glacial tarns is the site of the annual Janai Purnima festival. The trek traverses ridge trails through oak, pine, and rhododendron forests, offering uninterrupted panoramas of Langtang, Rolwaling, and the Tibetan Himalayas.
A 9-day unspoiled wilderness trek departing from Kathmandu via Chautara, supported by licensed guides, porters, and authentic mountain lodging.
