Bhaktapur, also known as Bhadgaon (City of Devotees), is the best-preserved medieval city in Nepal. Free from heavy motor traffic, its brick-paved streets transport you straight into the 15th-century Malla era. Discover the Golden Gate, the 55-Window Palace, the five-tiered pagoda of Nyatapola Temple (Nepal's tallest pagoda), traditional pottery drying in open sunlit squares, and taste the world-famous 'Juju Dhau' (King Curd).
A half-day to full-day private guided immersion into Newari art, woodcarving, pottery making, and architectural history.
