The two best trekking seasons in Nepal are Autumn (mid-September to late November) and Spring (March to May). Autumn offers crystal-clear Himalayan mountain views and stable dry weather. Spring features warmer temperatures and colorful blooming rhododendron forests. Winter (December–February) is suitable for lower-altitude treks, while Monsoon (June–August) is ideal for rain-shadow regions like Upper Mustang and Dolpo.
