Nepal Bird Watching Tour Itinerary
Day 01: ARRIVE IN KATHMANDU - When you arrive in Kathmandu, you'll be taken to your hotel. While in Kathmandu you will have time fascinating Buddhist and Hindu temples and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions are highlighted on our guided tour. There's time to explore the city's many charms on your own too. In the evening delicious traditional Nepali well come dinner await for you. O/N in Kathmandu.
Day 02: KATHMANDU CITY TOUR - After breakfast, we'll visit Swayambhunath temple, and said to be 2000 years stupa on a hillock offers breath-taking view of Kathmandu City. We will then processed to Visit Pasupatinath and Bouddhanath. After lunch we'll visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan (Lalitpur) - which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu Valley - famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans working with wood, stones and metals. O/N in Kathmandu.
Day 03 : Kathmandu to fly to Lukla about 35 minutes then trek to Phakding about ¾ hours then stays at lodge or tented camp (2630M from sea level)
Day 04 : After breakfast trek to Namche Bazaar from Phakding about 6 hours then stay lodge or camp.(3430M)
Day 05 : Rest day in Namche Bazaar
Day 06 : Namche Bazaar trek to Kunde(3840M) about 5 hours then stay at lodge or camp.
Day 07 : Kunde trek to Dole(4000M) about 5 hours then stay at lodge or camp.
Day 08 : Dole trek to Macherma (4400M) about 6 hours then stay at lodge or camp.
Day 09 : Macherma trek to Gokyo lake (4750M) about 6 hours then stay at lodge or camp.
Day 10 : Gokyo lake trek to Gokyo Ri (5300M) for stunning view of Gokyo lake and glacier then back to Gokyo lake stay at
lodge or camp.
Day 11 : Gokyo lake to Thangnak(4660) about 5/6hours then stay at lodge or camp
Day 12 : Thangnak trek to Dzongla(4830M) about 6 hours then stay at lodge or camp.
Day 13 : Dzongla trek to Dengboche ( 4400M)
Day 14 : Dengboche hike to Kalapathar then trek to Chhukung about whole day (4720M)
Day 15 : Chhukung trek to Pangboche (3900M)about 6 hours then stay at lodge or tea house.
Day 16 : Pangboche trek to Tengboche (3840)about 4 hours then stay at lodge or camp
Day 17 : Tengboche trek to Namche Bazar about 5 hours then stay at lodge or camp
Day 18 : Namche trek to Lukla about 5 hours then stay at lodge or camp
Day 1 9 : Lukla fly to Kathmandu about 35minutes morning flight then stay at hotel
.Day 20 : Free day for shopping. Farewell Dinner
Day 21 : After breakfast drive to airport to catch onward journey or rest tour in Nepal.
